1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Certain items, such as custom-made products or clearance items, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@furnitix.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
3. Return Shipping
Once you’ve received the return authorization, please pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Furnitix is not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, such as:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts)
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@furnitix.com.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@furnitix.com.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@furnitix.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
